Hilde has bred numerous International and Scandinavian champions, Group- and BIS winners in Norway under her Norwegian kennelname: BånnGass Miniature Schnauzers
She got her first Miniature Schnauzers as a teenager in 1988, with which she discovered the joy of confirmation, agilty, obedience, and tracking.
In 2000 she moved from Norway to the US, where she was trained by world renowned professional handler, breeder, and Miniature Schnauzer expert Kurt Garmaker (Repitition Miniature Schnauzers).
Hilde has been a long time driving force within the Norwegian dog community, serving as board member, secretary, and editor for numerous dog clubs. She is currently the webmaster of the American Miniature Schnauzer Club.
